Salary: £55,000 – £61,000 per annum plus benefits

Job Role:
You will join our Marketing & Digital team as Senior Project Manager covering maternity leave for 14 months. Reporting to the Directors of Marketing & Digital (job share), you will lead project management activities to support our departmental transformation. This includes ensuring sustainable implementation of technology and structural changes across Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement (MFE), PIC, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide project management for the design and implementation of new business processes, which encompasses technology, data, and personnel, from beginning to end
- Facilitate business design initiatives, frequently collaborating with external parties to integrate specialized knowledge.
- Throughout the project’s duration, identify stakeholders and ensure effective engagement and collaboration.
- While collaborating with pertinent stakeholders, establish precise strategies that encompass distinct deliverables, milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, issues, and mitigations.
- Ensure that the appropriate representatives make decisions based on evidence, taking into account risks, costs, benefits, and options, by managing escalations appropriately.
- Adapt the project’s structure, governance, and resource requirements as it transitions from design to delivery, identifying and planning the necessary resources.
- In accordance with departmental reporting processes and in accordance with leadership, establish consistent and appropriate reporting of progress toward measurable objectives.

Candidate Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence in complex matrix environments.
- In-depth marketing and business process knowledge relevant to proposition development.
- Experience with business change management and transformation initiatives.
- Skilled at facilitating senior-level project or portfolio boards and steering groups.
- Project management qualifications (APM, Prince2, Agile) or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Proactive and collaborative member of senior leadership teams.
