About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, strategic leader to join Target Ovarian Cancer’s Senior Leadership Team as our new Director of Advocacy and Impact. This is a high-impact, outward-facing role reporting directly to the Chief Executive, with responsibility for external affairs, services and programmes, and our impact and evaluation strategy.
As we accelerate our mission to improve outcomes for everyone affected by ovarian cancer, your leadership will shape national conversations, strengthen systems of care, and ensure we deliver outstanding, evidence-based support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated strategies across advocacy, service delivery, and programme evaluation.
- Build and maintain high-impact relationships with government, NHS partners, charities, and health systems.
- Oversee and grow our evidence-led support services for those affected by ovarian cancer.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve our impact using strong data insights and beneficiary feedback.
- Represent Target Ovarian Cancer externally as a compelling, credible spokesperson.
- Contribute to organisational strategy and culture as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
