Introduction:
Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Public Health to join our Senior Leadership Team. This strategic leadership role will work closely with the Director of Public Health to transform health services across the council and the wider Integrated Care System.
You will lead key areas within Public Health including health improvement, healthcare public health, and intelligence. A major focus will be contributing to the development of the Neighbourhood model under the Live Well programme, aimed at reducing health inequalities and improving outcomes for all residents.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across Public Health and wider council services.

Eligibility Criteria:
- You are a qualified public health professional (Consultant level preferred) with proven leadership experience.
