Introduction:

The role involves providing leadership and management to the Business Support Team—a multi-skilled team that delivers frontline customer services to the public, service users, their families, and providers. The post holder will directly line-manage Business Support Service Managers and oversee business support processes across Wales. Occasional travel will be necessary to provide management and support to pan-Wales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
